I have worked with Becky over the last year as the new Project Manager for the Sanitary Sewage Treatment Facility (SSTF) Project.   Becky has been a source of strength to the SSTF Project as we transition from preparing for Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) to doing it (RFP out).    In March 2015, the team was frustrated and Becky helped me get up to speed with Project deliverables and issue standings.   She has been blunt with team performance but accurate and timely in her advice to me.   She also has a very strong scheduling grasp and is proactive with schedule maintenance for monthly reporting.    When we do schedule maintenance she has been quick to respond (very refreshing).

Ms. Wright was hired as part of Elections Canada Chief Information Office Branch - Project Management Office (PMO) as senior resource for project scheduling. Her enthusiasm, in-depth knowledge of both the project management discipline and project scheduling and strong communication skills have made her a valuable and much sought after resource in PMO. She has displayed professionalism and tact in all her dealings with our PM community and her willingness to adapt and be flexible in working arrangements was much appreciated.

Becky was the Project Control Coordinator for the Shielded Facility Refurbishment project. During that time the project was in recovery mode. New schedules were needed to reflect the revised scope and strategies recently developed for the project. During that time, Becky organized several meetings with key stakeholders to revise the project schedule. Becky played a key role in producing these schedules by using previous project experience, expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and most importantly being prepared (i.e. some pre-work was done to expedite the work). Becky also assured that all project rules and processes were respected.

Becky Wright provided critical support to the CNL Central Program Management Office to meet our client deliverables on time. She was able to quickly understand the systems and took the initiative to propose enhancements to improve the processes. As part of her tasks, she documented our processes and developed training for the project controls staff to improve their skills. One of these was an instructional video on using our reporting system. Becky has a diverse skill set and a Can-Do attitude that would be an asset to any group.
